Our Modernization Process

  • Analyze it.

We’ll need access to your applications and your people. We’ll need a detailed discussion about how things work, what doesnt work and where you want to go. If you have a technical roadmap we’ll be happy to review and fully adopt. There are some fundamentals: We’re focused on the Kubernetes as the destination. WAIT! Maybe your team isn’t ready to fully support a modern stack? We can develop a training plan and maybe your people join with us in the Build it phase?
