We use Open Source tools and purpose build applications to carefully examine existing applications. Detailed design documentation is developed that identify potential issues / gaps. Konveyor/tackle is leveraged in most cases. We cover all the bases: Security / Access Controls, UI Design standards, Data Structures and future-proofing. There are always challenges to moving an application to a modern stack. There are a variety of deployment platform for Kubernetes with unique issues.
